Power 2022 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Study, J.D. Power named Drury “Highest in Guest Satisfaction Among Upper Midscale Hotel Chains.”
The honor makes Drury the recipient of the guest satisfaction award for the 17th year running, breaking the previous record for most consecutive victories in the J.D. Power travel and hospitality category. All seven J.D. Power hotel ranking factors—reservations, arrival/departure, guest room, food & beverage, services & amenities, hotel facilities, and pricing & fees—gave Drury the top spot.
The 34,407 guests from Canada and the United States who stayed at a hotel in North America were surveyed between June 2021 and May 2022 for the J.D.
