The Hotel will have 222 guest rooms and suites, all with unimpeded Mississippi River and skyline views, with architecture, hotel and guest room interiors by Smallwood and restaurant interiors and pool deck bar style by AvroKO. The Hotel’s friendly street-level lobby, bright pool deck, and various facilities for hosting business and social gatherings are all bathed in light.

Chef Gavin’s grab-and-go or sit-and-savor café is also on the street level, serving fresh brewed coffee and healthy, feel-good meals. Upstairs on the pool deck, a casual bar and grill will be open during the day, and a comfortable spot to enjoy a nightcap beneath the stars or Executive Chef Martin Morelli’s “Italian Riviera meets the Mississippi River” menu will be open at night. Chef Martin also handles the Hotel’s banquet operations, creating bespoke food and beverage menus for business and social occasions, including weddings, with over two decades of Four Seasons experience.
