It was something they were looking forward to. Reservations for stays beginning in May 2023 are now being taken at Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor. The independently flagged complex will contain 785 well-appointed guest rooms, including 189 top-tier luxury suites, and will be the first entirely new-build resort with more than 300 rooms to open in Southwest Florida in over thirteen years. The resort will have 60,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, 19 total eating options and bars, two pools, and retail outlets located along a gorgeous harbor walk when it is completed.
The resort’s main tower will have a state-of-the-art fitness center and spa on the third floor. Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor will have a world-class 18-hole golf course exclusively for hotel guests, in addition to its great waterfront position. Guests staying at Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor will have a choice of bedrooms and suites from which to choose. The resort’s accommodations feature everything from coastal-inspired premium rooms to the opulent SunsuitesTM, a hotel-within-a-hotel concept with extravagant one-to-three bedroom layouts.
Sunsuites guests can choose from 189 well-appointed one, two, and three-bedroom suites ranging in size from 875 to 1,700 square feet. Each unit will have a chef’s kitchen with Sub-Zero/Wolf stainless steel equipment, a living space, and a separate, wide outside balcony. Guests will also have access to exclusive services such as a private check-in experience and access to a private lounge with complementary non-alcoholic beverages, light nibbles throughout the day, and a pre-arrival concierge.
This new resort will become a hub of activity in Charlotte Harbor, providing access to some of the best amenities on the Gulf Coast for tourists. There’s a 7,100-square-foot state-of-the-art fitness facility, a full-service spa and salon, and two pools, including a ground-level 117,000-square-foot experience and an adults-only rooftop refuge.
