Additionally, there is a brand-new Family Fun Zone with seasonal activities for all ages, a ton of entertainment close to the SkyWheel, Santa photographs on the beach, and special events all season long. December 23, 2022–November 17, 2022 Between Plyler Park and Second Avenue Pier on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk is where you can find the light show. On the beach side of Ocean Boulevard, between 8th and 9th Avenues North, is where you’ll find the Family Fun Zone.
Nights of a Thousand Candles : Thousands of glittering lights and more than 2,700 hand-lit candles will create a soothing glow that will bring Brookgreen Gardens to life. Visitors can stroll the garden paths while sipping a hot cup of wine, cider, or cocoa while listening to carolers sing! Brookgreen Gardens, from November 26, 2022 to January 1, 2023.
Ripley’s Festival of Tress : In December, the entire Ripley’s Aquarium is decked out in holiday decor so that even the marine animals can enjoy the season! Stop by the Festival of Trees, where over 55 trees have been adorned to represent each state and territory in the US, while you’re enjoying the aquarium. With lights, bows, and, of course, trees, the entire aquarium has been transformed into a winter wonderland, with the vibrant and captivating aquatic galleries serving as the background. The Great Christmas Light Show : An annual event that is sure to embody the real spirit of the season is The Great Christmas Light Show. Over 2 million lights are festively exhibited along the 1.5-mile drive through the light show. Santa’s Village is open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings and offers a variety of seasonal activities suitable for both young and senior guests.
